Cancellation Policy

Dr. Hannah Mentorship Program Welcome to the Dr. Hannah Mentorship Program, where professionals from diverse backgrounds are invited to engage in mentorship for the enhancement of skills and knowledge in health, business, and operations. Our mentorship program aims to foster a supportive and collaborative learning environment for both mentors and mentees. Eligibility and Participation: Professionals from various fields are encouraged to participate in the mentorship program. Whether you are an experienced expert or a rising professional, we believe that mentorship contributes to continuous growth and development. Appointment Scheduling: All mentorship sessions must be scheduled in advance through our online platform. Our mentors will be reaching out to you within 24 hours to schedule. Cancellation Policy: a. Advance Notice: No cancellations will be accepted less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. b. Rescheduling: Participants are allowed one reschedule within a two-week period, subject to mentor availability. c. Refunds: Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for cancelled or missed sessions. Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor throughout the mentorship relationship. Any inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, and Dr. Hannah reserves the right to terminate the mentorship arrangement if such behavior is observed. Confidentiality: Both mentors and mentees are expected to maintain the confidentiality of information shared during mentorship sessions. This includes, but is not limited to, sensitive business strategies, personal experiences, and proprietary information. Feedback: Dr. Hannah values feedback as an essential tool for continuous improvement. Participants are encouraged to provide constructive feedback on the mentorship experience, which will be used to enhance the overall program. Duration of Mentorship: The duration of the mentorship relationship is flexible and will be determined by mutual agreement between the mentor and mentee. However, we recommend a minimum commitment of three months for optimal results. Program Modifications: Dr. Hannah reserves the right to modify or update the mentorship program policies as needed. Participants will be notified in advance of any changes to ensure transparency and understanding. By participating in the Dr. Hannah Mentorship Program, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
